   Most Reliable & Best Customer Service.
   I’ve been using the Nutripro mixer for More thn a year for my little one. —great for smoothies, Purees, soups , and grinding in no time. What really stood out to me was the customer service. When the machine stopped due to some reasons after few months of use, the company honored the warranty without any hassle and actually sent me a New Machine in replacement. And once the Blade had broken they had sent both the blades even. The whole process was smooth and quick, which gave me a lot of confidence in the brand. Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use, and value-for-money product with the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

   I purchased this NutriPro blender in March 2025. Initially, I faced an issue with the first unit as it stopped working. However, the Cookwell support team was very responsive …..they guided me through the warranty process and arranged a replacement through courier.Now I have received my new blender and it is working perfectly. Build quality is solid, blades are sharp, and it blends smoothly. Really appreciate the after-sales support which made the whole replacement process easier.Overall, happy with the product and the service. 👍
